I ve just had a call from this number. They said that as I had been involved in a road accident my case had been referred to them. As I had a car accident in the last week my insurance company had referred me to an injury claim solicitor (one who does a lot of advertising on TV) so I thought this was them until I was passed to a supervisor who then proceeded to say "I understand you have been involved in an accident in the last two years". Calls every day around 8am - luckily I have my phone on mute at this time. Message left says they?re calling from Lloyds Banking Group (Lloyds/Halifax/BoS/MBNA/Sainsbury?s Bank etc.). I?ve never banked with any of these outfits so best guess is scam.

Only wanted to speak to owner of business. When asked about his company he gave the company name. When I asked what they did he spoke to me as if I was stupid and said "we finance Companies". When I said we were ok thanks he sneered as me and said "yeh right", so I said goodbye and hung up. Whatever they are trying to sell they will get no customers with that attitude. Do not answer unless you want to be spoken down to.

Called fishing for bank account details while pretending to be from a tv insurance company. Put the phone down on me when i wouldn't confirm the bank details.

They re bothering us since days. Calls several times a day and no one there when answered. We blocked the number but they are still coming through! Not sure what we can do it s really annoying.

Enjoyed stringing him along, the man from First Response / MIB (Motor Insurance Bureau) I asked if he meant the Men In Black, as he was calling to see if my RTA had been sorted out, I asked which one he was referring to as I said I have had few LOL, he couldn t give the information he was referring to but said in the last 2.5 years.
