The caller was a man with a foreign accent. He started to tell me he was calling about my computer but I decided it was a scam, told him I wasn t interested, hung up and blocked the number. I do not generally answer numbers that I do not recognise but as it was 08.30, I thought it could be somthing important.

Just received a call. First from this number. The caller started his pitch - so I quickly interjected with a polite but firm No thank you, good bye - after which the caller repeatedly shouted F*CK F*CK F*CK F*CK right up to the point where I hung up. Nice people!!

Automated answer informed me that my national insurance and bank accounts had been suspended. A crime number had been issued and court proceedings instigated. I couldn't tell hardly a word this character was saying. Sounded like a long distance call from India whilst he was wearing a big steel bucket on his head! I did pick one word which was "handset" at which I ended the call. My number is registered with the TPS but, as usual, that was a waste of time.

The blighters rang me again with their wretched recorded message telling me it was not too late to claim. I was under pressure, about to send an urgent email. I want to see these people prosecuted. If I thought I was entitled to a p.p.i. refund I would claim it myself, not pay some parasitic firm to do it for me and get half the money. These people are dangerous. They catch out innocent people.
