As above comments, got a call out of blue caliming to be from Windows saying problems needed to be fixed on my computer, gave me a serial number that coincided with what is on my computer etc, then it turns out they want money for fixing problem and they wanted remote access to my computer, no no no!I kept them on for half an hour and he gave me this number to ring back
Second call from this number in 2 days: Recorded message purporting to be from Amazon, claiming that my Amazon Prime account is about to be suspended; I don't use Amazon and don't have a Prime account I hung up.
Silent call so I hung up.

this number rings us daily, every time you answer theres silence then a loud "BEEAAARR" sound and the line goes dead. we are in dorking and 01306 is our local code, presume some spammer/scammer/marketer spoofing the number, or calling from a VOIP number, hoping we d be more likely to answer a local code call. This number has been "Spoofed" as there is no business in Neath where this number is based which is a lawyers etc. The number is being used by an overseas call centre to generate leads.
