SCAM - This is a call from the National Insurance Number Authority, fraud has been detected at the border with Wales (needless to say I've been isolating for a year at home, which is nowhere near Wales) and if you don't press 1 now, we will take legal action against your national insurance number. we saw their no. on cheapflights website and we called to book next day flight, they said they are from cheap flights tickets and they will book flight for next day for £450 and then we said give some discount and then they agreed on £440. Finally we transferred the money to their account but we did not receive any ticket the next day or any reference.
