Tinitus means I can t hear what is said on the phone, so the ejits didn t leave a voice mail so that I could have it read by a friend ! I have no idea who it could be.

I had a call from this number offering a new boiler for £17 per month. Pressed 5 and ‘Shona’ asked “how may I help you ?” I said “Hello Shona, before we start could you tell me who you are and how you got my number?” she said “err, no!” and hung up.

PPI. They said it was called HELP YOUR CLAIM. I asked to speak to the manager and told them that my phone was registered to not receive cold calls, and asked them where they got my number from. They asked for my email address so they could let me know where they obtained my number from. I refused to give it, as next thing they will be sending me emails too. this number has been calling me several times per day for around 2 weeks, when I answered it was a telemarketing company telling me I had been involved in an accident (I haven t) when I responded with "well you know more about this than I do" the caller hung up and didn t call again so I will definitely be using that tactic in the future
