Had them call me regardsin PPI claims a few months ago, when paperwork arrived they had not listened to me and all info was wrong so threw it all in the bin, called them up and told them not to contact me again. Thinking that it might be a scam I went online to find the customer services number for the company and rang them on that number not 0330 100 7303.
