PPI left usual garbage on my home answer phone. Labelled it as Spam-20 so I know not to answer it.

This number rings me on evenings and Saturdays and when I answer they just hang up. The second time this happened I rang the number back and it said you were called by pension booster, we will call you back again . I googled the company and e-mailed them to stop contacting me. They did for about 2 weeks and now they are bombarding me.

This number called twice. I answered both times but no-one spoke. As the no. didn t correspond to any in my address book, I checked it out with you. Will now block number but concerned as to how they got my number in the first place, and hope they are not able to access my contact details in the phone.

The called said he was from some technology company that picked up errors on my computer and he could fix them

It was a Northumbria Water call alert about a leak in the area. A visit to the website confirmed that there was a local problem. (Why can't these companies publish the numbers they use to make calls?)

When I answered no response until I said hello the second time when an automated voice said goodbye! The number was 01236612633.

Claimed to be paid by Microsoft, insisted I switch on my computer which supposedly had a virus. Resisted and argued when challenged, became abusive and continued to try to persuade me (but failed). Threatened to block my connection. I told him where to go and hung up. He called back three times in a different voice and got told again where to go! One of many scammers trying the same old gag. At 1050 30 October 2013 I received a call from a male calling himself "Keith" saying he was from Santander Bank and he wanted to talk to me about my account. He said he wanted to run through some security checks with me at which I said that I was not prepared to give any personal information on a "cold call" because, I told him, I was very suspicious. Constantly calls me at all hours of the night and won t accept that I won t talk to them.
