i had an minor traffic accident and they wanted me to make a claim, askiung for bank details, said that they were from swinton insurance

I rang British Gas to arrange a service and asked them not to pass my number on to anyone else. Got a call asking for feedback 30 minutes later. Did not answer and blocked the number. Think I will have to get service from elsewhere if they ignore what I ask in future.
