kept ringing, hung up. its a computer calling many homes at once, and when you pick up, if they have staff available they will talk. if no staff, the call hangs up and calls another 100+ homes. very annoying. if not a scam, probably selling junk or ppi that you wouldnt have bought otherwise. AVOID

Had a missed call from this number every day this week, therefore decided to answer .....silence for a while, then a very rude man advised he was calling regarding a government incentive scheme for heating. He asked if I would take the call. I said I was at work and that it was inconvenient to talk and he said: "I thought you might say that" (very rudely) and hung up!
