Had 3 calls over the last few days from various numbers all starting with the same dalling code, 01926. As this is the code where we live, answered the first call - no immediate response but after a few seconds, over a very crackly line, what sounded like a well spoken middle aged white lady, said something along the lines of 'suspicious transactions on my account, one for £300 odd & the other for £1,400 odd & I must do certain things at which point I hung up. Insurance Called from Direct Insurance about my kitchen appliances claiming that as I hadn't made a claim in over a year they could offer me a substantial discount on my renewal fee. The thing is, although I haven't claimed I am NOT insured with this company. I've now had three or four calls and each time I've asked them politely to remove my details from their database but they still keep calling! I told them today I would report them to you.

Got a call from this number, can’t find any search about this number. Too noisy! First said it was from Sky, (knew my name and address), said my contract ended now in begin of April, I corrected saying it was only next month.
