I was called by someone called Chelsea from carephone who offered me an upgrade phone. She also gave me the number 08448933933 if I had any problems. I did receive the phone but didnt like it. I phoned the number and gave up after 57 minute being on hold. Are based in Scotland with no known office in 01305 exchange area. Have calls from Scotland re-routed through local exchange numbers in order to persuade people to answer a local number. If you call it back, then the call is again re-routed back to their Scotland office. Not sure if this is an illegal practice under telephony legislation, but would be interested if anyone can come up with the legislation about having calls re-routed to give the answering CLI the impression that the call is local.

I've been receiving repeated calls from numbers in the range +44 1892 502868-887 for around 10 days now, several times a day. Often the calls stops ringing after just one ring. No voicemails have been left. When I try to call back I get a recorded message saying 'this person's phone is currently available, please try later'. I cannot find the owner of any of these numbers online.

There must be something dodgy in the water (above the norm) in Carmarthen, almost every harassment call I get is from one of these amoral desperate little Welshies who think they are above the law. After the latest developments on this issue, I look forward to the day that they ll have to build a new prison in the town to house them all. Probably easier just to fence the place in as is.

Next Step. They have called countless times with these two numbers. Today I choose to answer. A lot of the information they have got about me is wrong, I didn t correct them.
