I had a call of this number to my work mobile, which highlighted it be suspected Spam so I didn't answer. And within 30 seconds I had a call from the same number to my private mobile!
I have received a text message from +447898 339524 saying GOV / HMRC want to give me a tax refund and requesting I click on a link. I think the message is a phishing / scam message and have deleted it.

The caller on this number claims to be from Amazon or at least requested the recipient calls the Amazon 'manager'. The number is not recognised so this is almost certainly a scam.
