This company has been calling me for years from fictitious London numbers, with female staff (all with a remarkably similar accent) who give false personal and company names. They are attempting to drum up business through accident claims.

Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back. Have checked also different formats of this number, but no luck. As people do search for this number, it should be used, so be aware. Probably some telemarjeting call centre, I have seen more similar numbers.

Scam call from asian man somtimes it is a woman that calls, claiming to be from TalkTalk technical dept. and that there is a problem with my internet connection. They have also rung me using a prefix no in front of : 95 which looks like: 0014495.
There are few similar numbers reported by more people (or searched on these pages) so I assume they all belong to the same call centre - 1618140262, 1618140260, 01618140248 - note that only the last two digits alternate, which is common for call centres to have some range of numbers dedicated for their business. Did someone received some offer from those or similar?

Encourages you to be on your computer and will probably instruct you to take certain steps to avoid the problem, but most likely installs malware on your computer.
