I rang this number because I had changed provider from Scottish Power to another supplier. There has been a mix up by the company and now I find I have been charged a premium rate call to ring Scottish Power from my mobile. How can energy providers be allowed to do that to customers?
Wanted me to reply by email and email was so dodgy, very well in the urns English but not by an English person.. just the terminology that they used made me feel something is wrong. My advert was for an expensive mountain bike and they kept referring to it as a bicycle. No one calls an expensive mountain bike.. a bicycle! They wanted my full address 'to work out shipping'. You must book a test kit: https://my-pcr-order.com But, the SMS does not actually mention Covid-19! And, the website it takes you to appears to be the genuine NHS website, where it explicitly says you no longer have to isolate or do a lateral flow test, and there is no information on how to get a pcr test now that Test and Trace no longer operates!!!
