Called it and after lengthy process getting into the right Q and waiting 18 minutes was told to ring 08444740101 instead. (charged £12.25 for waiting during that call!). She hung up after disliking my 'pompous' attitude - I asked why they were calling and that I found it strange that they had accident details but were asking whether I was at fault!!
