Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. This number persistently calls my mobile. I don't know anyone who has this number. It is not our Drs etc so I just ignore it. Wish it would bog off.

Ex directory numbers are not immune from auto diallers which call every number in a sequence without regard to ex directory, TPS etc status.

This number has madesilent phone calls to here several times, no-one ever speaks. They are a blasted nuisance.
