I should have ordered from a company called Community Direct brochures that I did not pay. Now I have to carry the costs of collection, though I was not given any brochures, one invoice. You could meet me but I could if I pay now, save 25%. I said that I want everything in writing, and so the man said that he would not have my address and I will say it through. How can I get brochures have when the but have not my number?

I have not answered to these people. Not once. Yet, they call at least weekly. I ve got a years line rental with BT paid for up-front, which allows me to block 99% of unwanted calls (with a BT blocker phone purchased separately, in case anyone was wondering). This caller would likely be asking to speak with Mr Strevitt or Mr Gwendoline. As has been the nature of the calls for the past 3 years. This is TAPA s number for their investigations team. I am registered with them to stop unsolicited charity advertising requests to my shop. Call them if your business is receiving charity advert calls if you want them stopping.

The first time they rang there was call-centre style background noise so I hung up before anyone spoke. Calling later in the day, a man started by being friendly "How are you today", but when his introductory spiel mentioned he d be asking questions to find my opinion, I interrupted him to say I don t do surveys. I terminated the call and blocked the number with BT 1572 Call Protect
