Told me my warrant was about to expire for my washing machine. Told him that this was untrue, thanked him for calling and hung up.
Keeps on calling me, finally answered and they told me they were Vodafone, asked me for my 4 digit pin and memorable password and told me I could upgrade my phone. This is NOT Vodafone, hang up on them.

Press 1 to speak to the case officer (not going to happen!) or a warrant for my arrest would be issued if the call was not connected (yeah right!). I called this number to cancel my Avest sortware protection product as it was no longer needed and I had been charged for it. BEWARE, it’s a premium number and I was charged £16+ for a 9 minute phone call. At no point was I advised that this is a premium number.
