Missed call, rang the number, it rang twice then said server not reachable. Blocked and deleted.

Lady with Indian accent called from "the pharmacy" about my prescription items ,would I be in to receive them this afternoon? She knew my name, address and postcode. They said they were from Amazon and I had a £900 transaction taken from my account he asked me to follow his instructions ( I did know it was a scam) I told him ok he said to put him on loud speaker and he was going to give me a 9 digit code to enter into my phone, I asked him if he could call me back in 10 minutes when my daughter is home as she works for the police he suddenly hung up. Got a call relating to a credit card payment from my account, I think it's some kind of a scam because my credit card provider has never called me to confirm a payment from my account.

I thought initially this was a wrong telephone number put in. but seeing as it has been flagged up a number of times. I think it's a phishing call.
