Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. THis number rang very briefly, then hung up - no doubt in the hope i would ring back and they would make money at my expense.

Call claiming that their records showed someone at my address had worked in a noisy environment.

These people keep calling my mobile phone do not who they are, left me a message saying they want speak to me about my Advantis visit I do not think so. I have never given these people my mobile number all what I know they recycle number may be from the person who owned this number.

Blocked this number ages ago as I have read bad things. I don t want a smart meter and if I did then I certainly wouldn t get one with OVO now after the numerous calls to me. Even though it s blocked it still comes up on my app and I ve had a call every day for a month! RIDICULOUS
