Man claimed to be from Microsoft and knew my name. Asked if I had a computer. As I did not answer and just kept asking him how he got our number (we are registered with TPS) he said it was from publicly available sources! He then said as I was not cooperating he would cut me off straight away. Extremely concerning due to his bullying attitude and tendency to answer back rather than ending the call as most of them do.

Classic This person or company said they were from 02 but they were very AGGRESSIVE and I would be very concerned for anyone who gets a call from them. Be very careful. When I said I was not interested, they got very defensive and started to fight back! Not something 02 would do! Warning, be very careful it's bound to be a SCAM! JS2/11

The individual announced themselves as Alpine Group but having recently received a call from another similar number last week, I told the female caller to STOP THERE! then hung up. SCAM they told me that I activated a Bitcoin account a few weeks back and when I said it wasn’t me they hang out. He also couldn’t speak English and it was really hard to understand. Be careful!!!
