Called to tell me that my computer was running slow and offered to take control of my laptop to show me how to cure the problem. I kept pestering HER with various questions in the middle of her "spill" eventually she hang up. Anyone reading this NEVER let anyone take control of your computer from a "cold" telephone call....

They are an Indian call centre who use spoof caller ID numbers. Do not trust them! Block them with a call blocker (you may need to block VOIP calls)or answer the call something like this: "This is the FBI - we have you surrounded! Come out with your hands up! All units - GO! GO! GO!" That should make them hang up!

They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. This company is a debt collector. When they called me last month I rang them back and gave them all my info and they confirmed they had no record of debt at any of my previous addresses or under my name. I asked them if they would be so kind as to remove my number being that I had no debt or business with this company and they were happy to do so. Strange phone call, like someone previously stated....I also had an issue with the guy when I asked him not to call again, he was rude and aggressive, he appeared not to know my name though he said I had put my details online. I certainly never. Something fishy.

Company called SCORE, they trade as THE CLAIM GUYS, they are a PPI reclaim company that advertise as "non pushy way to check to see if you have a PPI claim", but they will call up to 8 times a day!!!
