Received a text message from this number allegedly about a delivery by EVRI - as I am expecting a delivery (from DHL) I precipitately clicked on the link which read; EVRI(UK10094786). Out of curiosity I navigated to the EVRI website and entered a combination of the above and the full set. EVRI did not recognize it any of it. I accidentally clicked the link in the text message sent which read rebook (dot) info-96 (dot) com ("to select a new slot" as they put it). My mistake! the page that open
came thru bt text message service, asking if i want them (07400321667) to call our company?, if you can't be bothered to call speak to a member of staff then get knotted. sending multiple texts via bt messaging is very annoying.
DANGER, beware, this is clearly a scam; vocal reconstruction makes it sound authentically English but it's criminal.
BEWARE........ Pretending to be Sky technical, stating fault and slow speed with broadband service, wanted to talk and get access to computer. Tell them to do one save your time and peace of mind.
I didn't answer and no voice mail was left. I don't know this number.

SCAM Upon connection there was an electronic tone like you used to get with Skype. Man with thick accent tried to interest me in a motor accident I recently had and had “forgotten about”. When I said no I hadn’t had one I was immediately disconnected. This is not Aberdeen, it sounds more like India.

Beware Scammer and Hacker! Number used to replace my recovery phone on my Xiaomi account in an attempt to lock me out of my phone. Part of a larger problem where If I hadn't realised what was going on he could have potentially gotten into all my accounts locked me out of them too, then blackmailed me to release them. I was called this am on my mobile. Delay in connection. Caller purported to be from EE and offered me a special promotion from EE of40% off a new phone. Sounds like a scam to me.
The unknown number had called a few times. In the end I answered the call and it was to do with Bitcoin so I hung up.

When I told them they were a scam, they told me: you can't prove anything. This number seems to be from Dagastan in Russia. As I don't know anyone in Russia I would suggest it is a scam caller. Fortunately I got it as a missed call.
