Phone call from these people. Smooth talking salesman told me name of the company and said they are doing surveys. I answered some questions about the property and then he said they are calling at 7 pm tomorrow to do a property survey and sit down with me and discuss options. I was alarmed and said I do not let strangers into my house. He was persistent so I put the phone down. I wonder if anyone ever agrees to the property survey. They might be genuine, but I reckon it is best not to chance it.
Phoned about a minor car accident that I supposedly had (didn't happen). Losers.

I never answer unknown numbers (as a high percentage are PPI/"you ve been involved in an accident"/Debt/"You ve a virus on your computer" type of call - that I look up afterwards on these websites).
