It is an automatic voice that claims to be from "your bank" saying it has suspicious activity - asking you to click a button to verify or speak to someone. I hung up. I recently received a call from a Debt Help service and I must say that I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and expertise of the representative who assisted me. The representative was courteous and empathetic, and took the time to listen to my financial concerns and understand my unique situation. They provided me with valuable advice and guidance on how to manage my debts effectively, and helped me to develop a customized debt repayment plan that suited my needs.
Do not trust this number - it is my landline number which has been 'spoofed' by a scammer. I have reported it to Ofcom and my service provider but there is apparently nothing that can be done to prevent this illegal activity in the short term.
