Tried to call me twice, when I tried to return the call it was not not recognised and I was told to check the number.... I ve blocked it.
Have blocked other numbers from Next Step and their multiple calls each day about PPI, this seems to be a new one.
Settled accident claim (9 months ago, not my fault, no physical injury sustained by me) and eventually accepted small payout after being hounded by solicitors. I imagine they are just random calling after accessing insurance claim/accident data from an unethical source!! Had 3 calls on same day from different unknown / nuisance numbers! Stinks!
SCAM Called up saying my national insurance number has been subject to fraudulent activity, and asked me to repeatedly press 1. End call immediately.
SCAM / SPAM Pretend to be from HMRC, lady with Indian accent, threaten with criminal case, claim you are involved in fraud with taxes. Report them on Gov.co.uk page.

SCAM - Just had a call saying they were contacting me about upgrading my phone, so I wasn't best pleased about being disturbed when I'm not feeling well with a very heavy cold. I knew it was a scam straight away as there was no link to my existing provider, so I informed the caller of that and told him to "Bu**er off"! Suggest others do the same.
Scam or fraud. Please be aware. They say is calling from National insurance service because is som wrong activity in your NIN. When i asked what wrong is they ask for all my details. Don't provide any details.
