call cuts off on answer, on calling back is automated response advising you were contacted by see/cee services and you opt out by pressing 1, I hung up without pressing anything, no company cee/see services is coming up with the contact number after googling

I got so angry at them keep ringing and I picked the call up started to speak and they hanged up, each time no voicemails were ever left.
