Hung up on me and didn't call me back when I told him I keep very little in the account, whilst I was silently checking the account in the background. I believe that someone called me from this number was trying to con me. I was told that my bill was being reduced by two pound. I simply said ok thank you and hung up. This call came out of the blue and I live by the phrase if it comes to you out of the blue, it's not for you.
