The caller said that she was from the UK Call Prevention Service. She said that I was registered but that I was still getting calls. She asked me to say my name out Loud???. I asked for the number that I should call back on and then researched it to find that it was, I expected an attempt to get information/money from me.

Asks last time speed test was done and if you have access to laptop/computer, and will go through with you to fix Internet speed. They lock you out of your laptop/computer have access to all your Internet banking details, card payments made etc. If you don't bank online , they tell you unless you pay them money, they won't reverse the block on laptop/computer. This number was given as a site contact for a building material delivery in the Liverpool area. The card payment was cancelled by the card company 2 weeks later. The phone number was answered until the man found out I was from the builders merchant who delivered. The phone number is not answered now.
