This is a total scam and very dangerous. The caller claims to be from the ministry of justice. He is heavily accented but claims to have a British name . Ignore. This is the second time they have tried but each time form a different London based number.

Tentel customer service- not entirely cold calling as they contact you after you've entered your phone number on their website as though you were right about to buy an internet package from them. They pretty much just want to try and seal the deal and are able to provide any additional information like average speeds and were polite, honest and to the point in my case. The standard broadband speed was low (5.5mb) and they were apologetic but offered the fibre broadband as it was also available. Seems legit!
