Had some rude Asian man answer the phone who told me my loan application had been APPROVED......Interesting because I hadn't made one with 'Now Loan' I proceeded to ask questions...this irritated the idiot on the phone who SHOUTED at me! Jason Phillips called me from this number and then sent 2 email copy letters with Financial Ombudsman Service at top right of the letters, stating a big refund for my solar PV. He asked for covering payment upfront saying it is needed to cover costs of UK Law Associates before a refund could be arranged. I had no positive proof of who he was/is and declined the payment. I am perusing this through the ombudsman who is handling the case of mis-sold pv for me.

Claimed to be from EE offering me 33% off my mobile bill. Red flags: I’m not with EE, awful background noise on his call, calling me Ma’am and starting his sales pitch without even checking who I was. Hung up and blocked the number

Caller claims to be from Sky, saying that me equipments warranty has expired. Told him I wasn't with Sky and ended the call.
Didn't recognise the number, left it for about 7 rings, then answered and it cut off with the disconnected tone. Highly suspicious.

Automated message when you pick up that says ive avoided tax of some sort and that I need to press 1 to speak to someone to avoid it going to court. After pressing 1 it just goes silent and when you call it back it just says persons phone is switched off. Im based in Wales and call is from Manchester so will assume its a scam
