Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. Again I believe you have been involved in an accident - unsolicited and reluctant to speak when challenged.
Was called by 0115 9475670 - pretending money was going to be charged from Amazon Scam number - Indian guy on the phone As soon as I pretended to be happy for them to take the money he cut me off!!!

Call centre based in India. They claim that there has been unauthorized activity on the internet from your computer and they will disconnect you unless you pay them. Once they have your credit card details they will take all the money that they can get away with. There are other variations on this to get your credit/debit card details.

I m receiving calls from Red Star Financial Management on a weekly basis now. Often twice a week. It s the usual robocalls: My phone rings (either my landline of my smartphone), I answer it, a recorded voice comes on to say, "Please wait while an adviser attends your call", and most times some poor young loser introducing him or herself from Red Star Financial Management asks questions about a bank loan I may have taken out in the 17th century.
