I am confused by this. I recently received a call from this number about an annual service booking; the woman at the other end knew my name but wanted me to confirm my address and postcode, which I did. I agreed to a suggested date and time, and she tells me that I will be getting a call on the day to confirm. Yet again they have called. Do you remember us . Yes, I thought, as if you have read my other comment on them you will know I know them. They wanted to get me my petrol voucher but it was such a messed up call, reeling all this stuff off. I thought I m not getting involved again. I put the phone down.

Claimed to be from BT and said did we know our hub needed updating and would need daily adjustment...sounded like a caller from India.

I was stupid enough to try to return this call. Automated message didn t tell me who the company was and put me in a queue so I hung up.

Call to landline today 07.05.2021 at 11.45am. No message left. Number not known to us and no information online. Area code is Swansea, so it s almost certainly a call centre.
