Told him I wasn t at my PC and it was in another room, so I d have to go there and power the PC up (I stayed sat where I was). Messed him about for 5 minutes until he told me where to go and hung up! Illusive questioning - asking about a "bump and or scratch" raised when I renewed my insurance policy. When I asked what car I was driving they said they worked alongside my insurer. Then I questioned who my insurer was, they said they were not at liberty to disclose that information over the phone. - never once had an accident.
