Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! Call received 4th April - female claiming to be Daniella asked for me by first name (my wife took the call0 - then hung up. called received 6th April - silence then an automated good bye. I class this as harassment and downright annoying. Am reporting the number as such. Don t give these people the time of day!
