The first time they rang there was call-centre style background noise so I hung up before anyone spoke. Calling later in the day, a man started by being friendly "How are you today", but when his introductory spiel mentioned he d be asking questions to find my opinion, I interrupted him to say I don t do surveys. Caller used bad language

I am totally sick of this company ringing my house. Been going on for more than three years now and I am sick of asking them not to keep calling my house. Some times they call up to 6 times a day. They rang yesterday and then hung up before I got to phone. I rang 1471 and I have numerous problems with my arms and hands and pressed 3 by mistake and returned the call. Now I have been charged an extra ?7 pound on my bill for that call. Not happy.
