Answered because it showed a mobile number. Same as other reports, caller asked me to confirm that I had been in a car accident that wasn t my fault. I said no, and asked to be removed form the mailing list and not called again. She hung up. Blocked.

SCAM - Picked up call on my mobile. Asian sounding man alleging he had received a file from RGA regarding my "claim". I firmly informed him that I have no claims arising but he was persistent. He hung up when I wouldn't back off and get into conversation. Definite scam, number now blocked.

i get this numder ringing my phone once a day somtimes two , i only answered it once and there was no one at the other end its getting very anoying now idon;t oo what to do.
This was a phishing exercise claiming to be Amazon subscription.

SCAM Call center Purported to be from British Gas. I had difficulty understanding what he was trying to tell me because of a strong accent, but he was suggesting a problem with my boiler thermostat? Then went on to talk about a maintenance contract to cover the boiler, radiators and electrical supply. Received call from this number asked if I was who I was then hung up. Tried to call them back with no success. Strange to have been on a local dial code.
