We are in the German speaking part of Switzerland and they They want to speak a mixture of English and French. Our numbers are marked with a sign that we dont't want telemarketing calls. They ignore that and they call each number, one by one.

This number has called frequently - apparently from British Gas but calls seem to come from an Indian call centre. Never leave a message and calls are a nuisance.

Received a text claiming person had an accident. I responded as I recognised the name - turns out this was a lucky guess / coincidence. They then replied asking for a phone top up - Google says this is a scam.
Keep getting missed calls from this number. Suspect it is someone doing market research on behalf of motor vehicle dealers (i.e. not affiliated to any particular manufacturer). Adding to my list of blocked numbers as I never signed up to this.

Very muffled call. I knew when I heard the background noise it was PPI so I just played along for a laugh. Claimed it was refund department and I just kept asking which company etc until he hung up in frustration. A good laugh!

This number called me this morning insisting they were my bank trying to prevent fraudulent transactions from a cloned card, then asked me to read out the digits on my card!! They didn't know which bank and stated it was an amazon transaction for £300 that was the fraud, this is tosh and I told them so, beware, they are very persistent even when called out.
