Called pretending to be Carphone Warehouse to "upgrade" my phone. Could not tell me what phone I currently had, What carrier I was on. Stated they ONLY had my name and number.
I got call from this number. They are actually providing such warm services regarding commercial gas and electricity. the team sorted out my pending bills issues. Much humbles.
I'm not too certain about the caller, as he started off by saying both my Company name & personal name, & he'd obviously "done his homework" as when I asked him who was calling, he said the name of my provider. Unfortunately he spoke at the speed of sound, so when I asked, he said he'd speak slower, but then the line disconnected, so I didn't get to find out whether the caller was genuine or not. Sales call somehow I’ve become registered for pro ethics training. I have had hundreds of calls from different numbers about this. Don’t answer this. They are just fishing for people to do online training to earn money online.
