Because if you see the domain name of the email, it is clear that its not carphonewarehouse. had 2 calls from this company answered on both occasions. they claimed to be a debt consolodation company and wanted to help with my debts. I had 4 calls on the same day from 4 different companys offering the same service and everyday since ive been getting text messages from loan companys. I received a call from this number this morning. The caller had my name. When I asked who was calling, the man stated that it was Direct Claims Group regarding the minor accident I'd had. I replied that 'You must mean the minor accident that I haven't had!' and told him to get off the line. When I checked Companies House records, there were two companies called 'Direct Claims Group'. One was dissolved in 2018 and the other in 2019. So the call was definitely annoying and probably suspicious.
