This number is from a cold calling company naming themselves Total Review. They want to keep you on your phone as it makes them money. I have been called by a couple of these numbers with the last four digits varying. Just another scam.

Then told me he needed money and I should give him some as people like me are rich because the government gives me money. Got even more aggressive when I said no . Number pretends to be HMRC calling about tax fraud registered against my name. Automated call, threatens you with imminent arrest if you hang up or don't press 1. Once you press one, a very deep Asian sounding accent answers and asks you for your details. Which they should have since they claim to have opened a case against you.
