I answered it they new my name I asked who they were he was for eat and he put phone down on me

Claimed to be from Talk Talk re. Junk emails. Hung up when I said I did not receive any junk. Probably a scam.

Someone in Motherwell had an urgent need to phone me at 1950 BST. It wasn t that important to leave a message. On the basis that such appalling manners should be rewarded, these tossers have been assigned to the black list, if and until I can be persuaded otherwise.

Chap with Asian accent called saying he was from Consumer Service Dept. He asked for the person who had the number before me. Said that because they’d refunded an overpayment that my account may show in arrears and I may receive an automated letter due to this error. They will remove it but wanted to let me know that they may not be able to stop the letter. If they’re making this many calls for this reason they should probably just have sent an email to everyone!
