A person with a strong Indian accent answers and in short they invite you to settle out of court. I suspect that the caller is not UK based but is using some relay of sorts to make calls appear to be UK based. we saw their no. on cheapflights website and we called to book next day flight, they said they are from cheap flights tickets and they will book flight for next day for £450 and then we said give some discount and then they agreed on £440. Finally we transferred the money to their account but we did not receive any ticket the next day or any reference.
