Told me she was calling from Hammersmith, London - on a Cardiff number?? Obviously a scam, knew that from the word go but kept stringing her along for 10 mins before I put the phone down on her.

This line should belong to some company, but no remark on internet about it. Haven't found any info for this one, does anyone have some experience with this number? Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back. Have checked also different formats of this number, but no luck. Tries to con you into giving electricity details and the end of contract date so that they can basically fill up their CRM system with leads for future calls. Said that they worked with my supplier but couldnt tell me who it was. They are obviously a telemarketing company who are looking to sell details to electricity suppliers for future sales. I politely declined and she thanked me for listening and hung up.
