Criminal again. Said it was my internet provider and my IP address was compromised and to press 1 to connect to an engineer. More like connect to a crook who would try and part me from my money. This is the second one of these in the past hour. another number for the call blocker.

This company called me because i requested a kitchen design visit on their website so they were calling to arrange a date and time for the designer to come to my house.
I have just received a phone call on my home phone from this number. a voice (American i think) informed me they were from Amazon and that my payment of £39.99 would be taken . If I wanted to stop payment I would have to press a number on my phione keypad. I disconnected immediately and looked up the number on Google and came to this site.

Been called twice in two days by this number. Told the caller yesterday that I wasn t interested in whatever it is they want, but they still called me again today. SCAM I'm a Spanish resident living in Spain. I got several calls from this and another related number. A woman with Asian accent speaking not very good English claiming to be calling from Microsoft (first in California, then in the UK) told me there was a security issue in my computer and I needed to turn it on to follow her instructions. She passed the phone to a native English speaker when I said I couldn't understand. None of them sounded very professional at all and, in fact, the man insulted me.

Pretending to be lawyers who say I have a case of tax fraud against me. This was a very entertaining phone call as the man on the other line who went under the name of "Michael Jordan", not the basketball player, told me I must give him money or else I would be arrested in 30 minutes!! Thank you Mr. Jordan for giving me and my flatmate 40 minutes of laughs this morning.
