Its not just AO I just received a call from a young woman claiming to be from boots appliances, in the pretence of confirming delivery details etc. In fact her sole purpose was to sell insurance cover! She repeated every detail of my delivery, which I already know, told me they can remove my old appliance, which I already know etc etc etc then asked me why my old appliance was broken! Ahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! They keep asking for Daniel Stevenson, it is not me! Firt I was polite, then I screamed as loud as I could a few times, then the final straw I lost it and swore, screamed, shouted and acted like a crazy man! The caller refered me to his supervisor where I carried on acting possessed and he eventually took me off the call loop! Only time will tell if I m actually off it!
