This is a scam number, and probably all numbers 023821464**. Asian sounding voice said he was from "Amazon Fraud Department" and that my account had been compromised (I don't have an Amazon account). They didn t give a damn about correcting a front window that was falling apart soon after installation - including the cill put in back-to-front.
