Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. A man phoned and asked for my late husband but when my partner answered & passed the phone over to me, I said hello and the man rang off!!!

AVOID!!! 020 357570311 has called at approximately the same time each day for the past few days (August 2014). I have to have the answerphone on to filter my land line calls due to scam calls.
