My car was crashed into but it was parked up with nobody inside at the time, the caller refused to believe me calling me a liar and demanded I go for a medical! I received a letter purporting to come from Lloyds Bank referring to a conversation that had not taken place and asking me to complete and sign a form giving details of my back account, sort code and memorable wo. The letter looks genuine, uses a genuine Lloyds address and gives this number to call with questions.
