Pretended to be from D&G home-appliance insurance. After the spiel he asked for our bank details and said it was impossible to send documentation through the post. I would guess that many people have been taken in by this.

This number calls me once a day every day every time I answer it hangs up now I don't bother trying to answer it I let it ring now it is just ringing to us and hanging up but it will still ring me every day this is a nuisance and it is harassing me! Silent calls Silent call on landline, then immediately a silent call on mobile. Reports vary as to whether it's a scam or genuine RAC number. If it is genuine the RAC need to get their act together and stop harrassing people.
